How many attempts are included?
Every service includes up to 3 attempts at different times of day. If we still can't serve, we send you a signed declaration of due diligence documenting each attempt.
What do I need to send you?
The documents to be served, the name of the person or business, the best address you have, and a photo or description if you have one.
How do I get the proof of service?
We email you a signed PDF the same day service is completed. We can mail the original or file it with the court if you ask.
Can you serve a business or its registered agent?
Yes. We serve businesses at their offices or through their registered agent for service of process.
Do you give legal advice?
